Coaching is for successful people looking to leverage their potential. The goal of coaching is to make you more effective in your job by giving you a new perspective. It can eliminate self doubts, increase confidence and improve relationships, so you can make the most of your talents.
How does it work?
We meet on a one to one basis, it's individual training focused on releasing your potential. We'll discuss areas you want to develop or issues you want to resolve. Coaching uses guided questions to help you look at things in a new way. It's action oriented, evaluating where you are now and what you'd like to change for the future. We work within your schedule, it's short term, usually 6 sessions over 3-6 months.
